Refund policy

 

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are not  satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product for up to 14 days after you receive it. The following refund and cancellation policy applies to all local and worldwide orders.

-Requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
-Items must be in its original condition (Sealed, with all components and packaging).
-Provide proof of purchase like an order number or receipt.
-Buyer pays the return postage with a trackable service (Except for faulty goods).
-Only regular price items can be refund.
-We will not accept return on orders because of the price of items has changed since you purchased it.
-Refund process may take up to 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
To request a refund, please email us with your order number. 
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Cancellation of order (including pre-orders) will be refund within 24 hours. A cancellation fee will be subject to cover our transaction and administrative fees.
